Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Electronic Production Manager to lead and oversee electronic manufacturing processes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves managing end-to-end production workflows, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise software, IT infrastructure, and project management methodologies, with a passion for delivering innovative electronic solutions. As a key leader, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement best practices in Agile and Waterfall frameworks, and ensure seamless project execution from conception to deployment. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of electronic production projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, TFS, and VersionOne. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and IT teams to develop detailed test cases, user acceptance testing plans, and risk management strategies aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards. Oversee the integration of enterprise software solutions into manufacturing processes, including cloud computing platforms like AWS and Oracle databases. Manage project stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans while facilitating cross-functional collaboration across departments. Implement release management procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure system stability and data integrity during production cycles. Utilize Visio for process mapping and workflow optimization; employ Jira and Kanban boards for agile planning and task tracking. Supervise technical project managers and team members to foster leadership development while maintaining high standards of project delivery through PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) principles. Skills Extensive experience in technical project & program management within electronics manufacturing or related fields. Proficiency with project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and SAFe frameworks. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as SQL databases (SQL Server), Oracle databases, cloud computing platforms (AWS), and enterprise software systems. Expertise in project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word/Excel/SharePoint for documentation and reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze complex data sets, and develop comprehensive test cases for software implementation projects. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution. Leadership experience supervising technical teams; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met. Familiarity with IT governance policies including disaster recovery planning, IT infrastructure security protocols, and compliance standards.
