SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD

Location:

Tarrytown, NY (Minimum 4 days/week)

Pay Rate:

$90 - $130 per hour

Duration:

Long-Term Contract Summary Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to drive platform strategy, governance, and technical leadership within Digital & Technology R&D. This role requires deep expertise in the Benchling platform and a strong background leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Benchling Service Delivery Lead Responsibilities Develop and enforce overall platform strategy and governance. Lead technical teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across different BATLs. Coordinate effectively with external vendors and internal business entities, including SBAs and Project Managers. Benchling Service Delivery Lead Qualifications Expert-level knowledge of the Benchling platform. Proven experience with Agile or SAFe practices and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work independently and guide cross-functional technical teams. Commitment to working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.
