IT Project Manager:
The IT Project Manager will support the Global IT Infrastructure organization by leading and coordinating infrastructure-related projects across cybersecurity, networking, cloud operations (Azure), automation, and AI-driven initiatives. This role will partner with technical teams, infrastructure leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The technology environment includes cybersecurity, traditional networking and Wi-Fi, Azure cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI adoption and tooling. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and curious project manager who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and leveraging emerging technologies to drive efficiency. The successful candidate will bring a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, strong project coordination skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and AI-enabled workflow optimization. The IT Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead smaller projects independently while contributing to larger strategic infrastructure initiatives supporting the organization's digital transformation efforts. Responsibilities for
IT Project Manager:
Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects from initiation through execution and completion. Support project planning activities including scope definition, timelines, resource coordination, risk identification, and status reporting. Partner with infrastructure teams including networking, cybersecurity, cloud operations (Azure), and other technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track project progress against established milestones. Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives. Contribute ideas for process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation opportunities. Support AI-related initiatives and programs focused on improving operational efficiency and project execution. Develop and maintain project documentation, project plans, status reports, and related deliverables. Monitor project schedules and assist with prioritization of project activities. Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and operational excellence principles. Actively participate in organizational AI adoption efforts and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools within project management workflows. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements for
IT Project Manager:
Must Haves 3+ years of project management, project coordination, or related experience. Experience leading or owning defined pieces of projects within an IT or infrastructure environment. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies (Azure), or enterprise systems. Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Highly curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches. Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology trends. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Nice to Have CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification. Experience working with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Exposure to automation initiatives, workflow optimization, or AI agent concepts. Experience supporting infrastructure-related projects involving networking, cybersecurity, cloud (Azure), or enterprise technology environments. Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or defense. Exposure to Agile, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies. Benefits for
