Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 15+ years of SAP program management experience, including at least three end-to-end
SAP S/4HANA
implementation programs.
  • Experience leading large ERP transformation programs with budgets exceeding $10M.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA deployments.
  • Broad understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Master Data Governance.
  • Experience with Commodity Management or Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) is preferred.
  • Expertise in program planning, execution, governance, PMO management, executive reporting, and steering committee leadership.
  • Strong budget, financial, commercial, SOW, risk, issue, dependency, and change-request management experience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, change management, SAP Services, and third-party teams.
  • Experience leading Fit-Gap, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization activities.
  • Experience managing global onsite and offshore delivery teams, staffing plans, vendors, quality, and organizational readiness. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the
SAP S/4HANA
transformation program across all workstreams.
  • Establish the program execution strategy, governance model, delivery roadmap, reporting cadence, and decision forums.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, dependencies, and outcomes across program tracks.
  • Act as the primary interface and escalation point for customer executives, TCS leadership, SAP Services, business stakeholders, and partners.
  • Lead executive reviews and steering committee meetings, presenting status, risks, decisions, recommendations, and recovery plans.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, milestones, phase gates, RAID items, deployment readiness, and project health indicators.
  • Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, testing, change management, SAP Services, and third-party vendor delivery.
  • Ensure successful completion of Fit-Gap, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization phases.
  • Manage program financials, revenue realization, effort consumption, forecasts, SOW commitments, contractual obligations, and change requests.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve critical issues, and drive timely cross-functional decisions.
  • Govern onsite and offshore staffing, recruitment, onboarding, resource fulfillment, capability building, and succession planning.

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $140,000 a year
