Job Description

The Manager of Project Delivery provides strategic oversight, and management of all non-standard Marketing projects and key initiatives throughout the Marketing organization. They provide oversight to planning, execution, and delivery of Marketing efforts against projects and initiatives originating within or directly impacting Marketing. They will build successful, lasting partnerships across the organization, and comfortable creating clarity within complex or ambiguous situations. Responsibilities
  • Act as an ongoing strategic liaison with key partners inside and outside of marketing to define scope, document requirements, obtain approvals and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure Marketing is engaged strategically as well as executionally in Transformation and business acceleration projects. Influence partners to ensure regular, early consultation with key marketing functions to drive outcomes.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resource identification overseeing all projects from inception through delivery.
  • Establish and lead consistent workflows, processes, and standards within function.
  • Identify, lead, and elevate project or personnel issues to leadership as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status and progress, elevating risks and blockers as appropriate. Ensure projects are up to date on all BBW status documents.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure project timelines are complete, accurate, and achievable.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through regular development conversations including touch bases, performance reviews and individual development plans.
  • Be a brand steward and represent the brand to internal and external partners maintaining strong relationships.
  • Travel as needed. Qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience in a high-energy corporate or agency environment. Experience in similar roles a plus.
  • Experience with project management practices required.
  • Experience working with third party vendors (esp consulting firms) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
  • Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable seeking clarity in ambiguous situations. Education
