Job DutiesLead daily operations of ERP and corporate applications, ensuring stability, security, and optimization for end-user needs.
Provide guidance and support for application maintenance, issue resolution, and team performance management.
Evaluate system gaps and recommend solutions or consolidations to improve functionality and reduce complexity.
Partner with leadership on application roadmaps, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring proper change control.
Monitor user feedback and operational metrics to identify and implement usability, performance, and support improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and align processes with business objectives.
Promote cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree equivalent 5 years related experience in Information Systems or a related discipline required.5 years experience supporting, administering, or improving business-facing applications within a complex organization, preferably in a healthcare or mission-driven environment. and2 years experience managing or leading teams responsible for application operations and support. andStrong understanding of server environments, application hosting, and integration with operational processes.
Deep knowledge of corporate applications, security compliance, and experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
Ability to manage full application lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and decommissioning.
Proven skills in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and effective collaboration across technical and business teams.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems, SaaS models, and structured approaches to change management and release coordination.
Preferred QualificationsITIL Foundation or higher
