Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across the organization. This role works closely with project managers, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has hands?on experience coordinating projects involving networks, servers, hardware deployments, cloud environments, or other core infrastructure components. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day?to?day activities for IT infrastructure projects, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business units. Support procurement activities such as quotes, purchase orders, and vendor coordination. Maintain project documentation including requirements, meeting notes, risk logs, and change requests. Help ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and change?management procedures. Track project budgets, invoices, and financial reporting as needed. Coordinate testing, deployment, and implementation activities for infrastructure upgrades or new systems. Identify project risks or issues and escalate appropriately. Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles. Background in IT infrastructure environments (e.g., networking, servers, storage, cloud, data centers, hardware deployments). Strong organizational and time?management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non?technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of basic IT concepts (LAN/WAN, virtualization, cloud services, hardware components, etc.).
