Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and closing technical projects aligned with organizational goals using established project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe. Support project scheduling activities utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne to track progress and manage timelines effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, IT infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Coordinate the creation of detailed test cases, user acceptance testing plans, and test-driven development processes to ensure quality deliverables. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively communicate updates to stakeholders; assist in risk mitigation strategies. Contribute to enterprise solutions implementation by supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities such as analysis, design, testing, and deployment. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders through regular meetings, status reports, and documentation using tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Word/Excel. Qualifications Proven project management experience in a technology environment with a focus on enterprise software implementation. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, and Visio for planning and tracking activities. Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum frameworks like SAFe. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS; knowledge of IT infrastructure components including databases (SQL, Oracle) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and supervise program management activities; excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and risk mitigation. Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership; ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts professionally. Technical proficiency in software development processes including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, release management, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance practices. Educational background or certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
