Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Technical Delivery Project Manager - Healthcare Newtown Square, PA Posted 2 days ago Apply Now Job Description Our healthcare payer client is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale Risk Adjustment initiative within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO). This individual will serve as the primary delivery lead responsible for driving project execution, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic healthcare technology initiatives. The TPM will drive project execution using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps, overseeing planning, requirements management, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, risk management, release coordination, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare industry knowledge with technical delivery expertise and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Planning & Governance:
Develop roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and executive reporting.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation strategies, and project health metrics.
Agile & Scrum Execution:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide Scrum Master support as needed.
Azure DevOps Management:
Manage epics, features, stories, work items, sprint progress, release readiness, and execution tracking in Azure DevOps.
Healthcare Business Alignment:
Partner with healthcare leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans across Risk Adjustment, payer systems, data, claims, eligibility, and regulatory initiatives.   •  8+ years of Technical Project Management experience in the data engineering space
  •  4+ years of healthcare payer domain experience
  •  Experience supporting Healthcare initiatives (i.e., Risk Adjustment, Claims, Eligibility, Provider Data, Member Data, etc.)
  •  Experience delivering projects for complex data driven technology, analytics, or application initiatives
  •  Strong Agile and Scrum background.
  •  Azure DevOps experience to document and manage project workstreams and deliverables
  •  Risk Adjustment program experience.
  •  CMS, HEDIS, FHIR, Interoperability, or Data Governance exposure.
  •  PMP, SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications
