IT Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level projects, particularly in data and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage project plans, drive execution, mitigate risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute project plans tailored to client environments and project scope Lead or support project teams, including mentoring junior team members and clients Manage multiple projects across industries, ensuring timely and successful delivery Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders Execute project plans in collaboration with business leaders and managers Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle Develop and implement change management and leadership strategies Anticipate resistance and develop mitigation strategies to address concerns Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in enterprise project or program management, particularly in data or digital transformation projects 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical program management supporting data-related projects Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in management consulting or working across multiple industries Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
