Due to continued rapid growth, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role will support product development and testing activities across our antimicrobial, wellness, and conductive materials businesses. Serve as the central coordinator for multiple development projects, helping teams stay on track while managing testing, certifications, documentation, purchasing, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate enjoys both project coordination and technical problem-solving and can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Get:
Starting Pay:

PTO What You'll Do:
Project Management & Coordination Track project progress, actions, and timelines across multiple development programs. Coordinate activities between R&D, Operations, Finance, Sales, suppliers, and testing laboratories. Gather information, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Support material sourcing, bills of materials, and cost analysis. Take ownership of assigned product development projects. Product Testing & Documentation Coordinate and manage product testing with external laboratories. Support antimicrobial and conductive performance testing programs. Maintain certification records, test reports, and technical documentation. Manage product samples and ensure projects move efficiently through development. Review test results and identify potential concerns related to product claims or requirements. Budget & Purchasing Support management of R&D testing budgets. Process purchases and coordinate vendor payments with Finance. Track spending and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Required 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, product development, testing, operations, or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on commitments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority. Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Preferred Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, or related field. Experience working with testing laboratories or product certification programs. Product development or commercialization experience. Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, or AATCC testing standards. Knowledge of textiles, antimicrobial technologies, conductive materials, or related industries. Experience with ISO 9001 and/or
ISO/IEC 17025
