What You Will Do :
Be the focal point for training and tools to integrate and scale standardized Agile and Digital processes across P&W Track adoption, reach, and business outcomes of Agile implementation and Digital tool integration through meaningful metrics Collaborate with RTX XetaDev on Atlassian tool suite configurations to support specific PW applications Partner with program Digital Leads to align documentation and integrate standardized digital tools to GoAgile suite Develop and execute communication plan to highlight business outcomes and visibility as well as maintain the roadmap for Agile and Digital initiatives, enablers, and gaps Partner collaboratively with other Agile Transformation leads across the business to establish and incorporate best practices into standard processes Manage team of Agilists to create templates, conduct Agile trainings, build agile expertise, and plan coaching resources to support programs with Agile and Digital transformation and/or startup Available to travel 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field and 12+ years of experience in Aviation or Aerospace industry; OR Advanced Degree and 10+ years prior relevant experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Experience with collaborating across organizational boundaries Executive-level presentation and communication experience Experience influencing culture change at all levels of the organization Experience planning and facilitating group activities with clear outcomes and objectives Experience with the Atlassian tool suite

Agile Coaching and training experience Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban, with a continuous improvement mindset Agile scaling certification from a recognized Agile framework organization Experience as a Scrum Master or Product owner Dynamic problem solving with the ability to craft solutions with creative new ideas Strong interpersonal skills; exemplary communication and collaboration abilities

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
