Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions involving ServiceFACTS/HVDC/AC
substations portfolio as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team. Leading a Team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians Possesses a deep understanding ofFACTS, HVDC & AC
substations markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies. Interfaces with Worlwide regional FACTS/ HVDC/ Service CT and support regional teams as required. The candidate is the main technical contact for regional ServiceFACTS/HVDC

Required Qualifications:
This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Experience in HVDC, FACTS or high-voltage systemsStrong technical understanding with service and customer mindsetStructured, proactive and solution-orientedConfident communicator in cross-functional environmentsFluent inEnglish and German Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills. interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
