Manager to support major building and infrastructure programs based out of our Boise, Idaho office. This role serves as a regional digital delivery and VDC leader, driving BIM strategy, coordination, and execution across complex, large-scale, multidisciplinary projects and programs. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced VDC professional who excels at leading teams, scaling digital delivery operations, and driving project and organizational transformation, while partnering with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver coordinated, high-performing, and constructible outcomes that improve project efficiency and delivery performance. In this key role, you will provide strategic VDC, BIM, and Digital Delivery leadership, aligning technologies, workflows, and execution strategies with internal and client goals. You will define digital delivery approaches for complex programs, including project setup, execution planning, and delivery of model-based deliverables, while helping advance Jacobs' digital delivery capabilities across building-focused markets. You will also support consistency, scalability, and quality of digital delivery across multiple projects and programs. As the VDC / Digital Delivery Lead, you will lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) supporting EPCM delivery and complex project requirements. You will oversee advanced VDC workflows—3D coordination, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost integration—while ensuring alignment across design teams, contractors, and trade partners. You will define and manage the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and lead model coordination and clash detection strategies, driving resolution processes that enhance constructability, mitigate risk, and improve schedule and cost outcomes, while serving as a trusted BIM/VDC subject matter expert. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to VDC/BIM professionals, drive model governance and QA/QC processes, and support model-based construction verification in the field. In addition, you will champion reality capture and scan-to-BIM workflows, support field teams through training and mobile technology enablement, and advance innovative digital delivery practices that improve efficiency and project outcomes across the full project lifecycle. #LI-AC2 Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 15+ years of progressive experience in VDC, BIM, and digital delivery leadership within the AEC and construction industry, including large-scale, multidisciplinary programs. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong experience with coordination platforms such as Navisworks and/or Revizto, with the ability to oversee model coordination workflows and guide resolution processes across teams. Proven expertise with Common Data Environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, managing project information and coordination workflows across design and construction phases. Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across the full project lifecycle. Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, including design, construction administration, and field coordination, with a focus on constructability and CSA/MEP integration. Proven track record of leading onsite VDC/BIM efforts, partnering with field teams, contractors, and trade partners to support model-based coordination and construction execution. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing VDC/BIM teams, driving collaboration and accountability across programs. Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across leadership, project teams, and field environments. Strong experience producing and reviewing model coordination reports and client-facing deliverables. Proven ability to resolve complex coordination and technical challenges while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Ideally, here's what you'll also have: Experience leading digital delivery and information management strategies across multidisciplinary building or infrastructure programs. Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes, including ISO 19650 or equivalent frameworks, and experience applying them at a project or program level. Experience with advanced VDC workflows, including 4D scheduling, 5D cost integration, and model-based planning. Familiarity with data exchange standards and interoperability (e.g., COBie, IFC, GIS integration). Experience supporting or leading model auditing, QA/QC processes, and coordination workflows across design and construction teams. Ability to develop training materials, deliver technical presentations, and mentor teams on BIM/VDC tools and processes. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, influence change, and advance innovative digital delivery practices within an organization or across project teams.Posted Salary Range:
