Your impact Jacobs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Service & Delivery Lead to support water and infrastructure clients in the Sarasota area, throughout Florida, and across the Americas. This senior leadership role will work collaboratively across Jacobs' Consulting, Design-Build, and Operations & Maintenance and Facilities Management (OMFS) businesses, providing client service leadership, project delivery support, and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, seller-doer, and project leader, helping clients solve complex water and infrastructure challenges while expanding Jacobs' presence with municipalities, utilities, and contractor partners. The role combines hands-on project delivery with business development, client relationship management, and delivery oversight throughout planning, design, and construction. The position is anticipated to include approximately 50% Consulting 25% Design-Build 25% Operations & Maintenance / Facilities Management (OMFS) Key responsibilities include Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal and utility clients. Advising and supporting project delivery and project management across consulting, design-build, and OMFS projects. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while supporting strategic growth initiatives. Advising multidisciplinary teams during planning, design, construction, and operational phases. Collaborating with Jacobs teams across service lines to deliver integrated solutions that provide value to clients. Supporting proposal development, client engagement activities, and pursuit strategies. Serving as a trusted client advisor and helping clients navigate complex infrastructure, operational, and regulatory challenges. Jacobs' OMFS business serves public agencies and private-sector clients through water and wastewater utility operations and maintenance, facilities management, public works, and municipal services. Jacobs has delivered O&M services for government and industrial clients for more than 40 years and currently operates more than 300 water and wastewater treatment facilities worldwide. In addition, Jacobs brings more than 30 years of design-build experience in Florida, partnering with municipalities and utilities to deliver critical water infrastructure projects. Through an integrated Progressive Design-Build (PDB) approach, Jacobs delivers projects with a focus on collaboration, transparency, innovation, and shared accountability. Consulting, Design-Build, and OMFS are all critical components of Jacobs' growth strategy, and this role will play a key part in strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring successful project delivery across all three markets. Here's what you'll be doing Provide strategic oversight and serve as project director for complex water, infrastructure, consulting, design-build, and operations projects. Support client services for Jacobs' Sarasota-area clients and contribute to client engagement efforts throughout Florida and across the Americas. Advise and support project delivery through design, construction, commissioning, and operations, as appropriate. Support design-build pursuits and project execution in collaboration with major contractors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, utilities, contractors, and other strategic partners. Identify and pursue business development opportunities by aligning client needs with Jacobs' consulting, design-build, and operations capabilities. Review project schedules and monitor cost, quality, safety, scope, and delivery performance. Participate in and execute risk management strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating contractual, schedule, regulatory, technical, safety, and other project risks. Coordinate priorities among clients, contractors, subcontractors, designers, and operations personnel during project delivery and construction. Provide guidance related to safety, building codes, quality standards, constructability, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and technical leadership to strengthen Jacobs' market position and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Represent Jacobs at industry conferences, professional organizations, and client events. Mentor and guide multidisciplinary project teams while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree. At least 25 years of progressive experience in water, wastewater, infrastructure design, construction, consulting, operations, or a related field. Proven experience managing large-scale water or infrastructure projects through design, construction, operations, or multiple phases of delivery. Experience supporting design-build projects and working collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, and delivery partners. Demonstrated success developing client and contractor relationships and supporting business development initiatives. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget development, cost control, forecasting, and project performance management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, technical professionals, contractors, and field personnel. Ability to travel as needed to support clients and projects in Sarasota, throughout Florida, and across the Americas. Ideally, you'll also have Experience in water and wastewater treatment, pumping, conveyance, utilities, or related infrastructure. Experience supporting operations and maintenance programs or owner-led initiatives. Experience with alternative delivery methods, including design-build, progressive design-build, construction management, or public-private partnerships. Established relationships with municipal water and wastewater clients, utilities, and major contractors. Experience leading pursuits, developing proposals, and positioning multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery. #LI-DL1

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $240,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
