Job Description

  • Delivery Project Executive, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted):
  • Manage IT projects across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using tools such as
IPPF, IBM
Program Work Center (IPWC), Role-Based Dashboard, JIRA, and JIRA Align.
  • Collaborate with Global Delivery teams to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them in handling critical client business challenges.
  • Work with onsite team leads and members to address high-priority issues, ensuring smooth client business operations.
  • Monitor and track client issue resolution progress using ServiceNow and other relevant tools.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss project updates, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop proposals for new enhancements and projects, ensuring alignment with global delivery models.
  • Plan staffing and resource allocation in line with global delivery structures.
  • Oversee project performance to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Organize specialized training programs for upcoming enhancements and projects to ensure resource readiness.
  • Support teams in analyzing, designing, developing, customizing, and implementing applications, including SAP R/3 and CRM systems.
  • Engage with IT users to discuss system performance improvements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Recommend enhancements to client IT landscapes and applications for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on processes, methods, and tools, ensuring compliance and guiding team members accordingly.
  • Utilize Integrated Project Planning and Forecasting (IPPF), Agile Methodology, IBM Program Work Center, Software Testing and Software Quality Assurance Methodology, Application Management Services Methodology, SAP, Maximo, Vertex, Salesforce, Mulesoft.
Required:
Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Project Manager or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Integrated Project Planning and Forecasting (IPPF), Agile Methodology, IBM Program Work Center, Software Testing and Software Quality Assurance Methodology, Application Management Services Methodology, SAP, Maximo, Vertex, Salesforce, Mulesoft. $261248 per year.
