Description Summary The Digital Applications Manager acts as liaison for members and staff, steering the development team in crafting software solutions that are most beneficial to business and user needs. The role involves managing digital products for Summit's platforms, discerning customer differences to meet their requirements, applying best practices in digital services, and integrating these practices effectively. A deep understanding of both client perspectives and technical solutions (back-end and front-end) is essential. The ability to lead and make decisions in an ever-changing environment. Outcomes Clear and strategic roadmap ensures products and features meet business objectives.
Product development support both members' needs and business growth goals.
Strong partnership with internal departments and external partners ensures extensive collaboration and alignment with key business priorities. Internal and external stakeholders deliver on requirements as agreed upon.
Member experience and retention increase as result of product and service optimization.
Strategic approach drives business goals, fosters innovation, prioritizes work, and aligns resources and budgets.
Decisions are driven by data. Capability Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role.
Minimum 6+ years of leadership experience required.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
Financial services experience.
Experience working with Jira.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
Familiarity with member facing digital platforms such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, online new membership workflow, online account sales. Perks Amazing health insurance
