Job Description
Own all client delivery from intake through completion. The Project Manager is the central hub of the agency's delivery operation, ensuring every client engagement is scoped clearly, executed on time, communicated proactively, and closed with quality. This role exists to eliminate delivery chaos and create a reliable, repeatable client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage intake and prioritization of all client work across delivery teams Oversee project scope, milestones, and timelines for all active engagements Oversee ongoing support and retainer delivery across the client portfolio Communicate needs, status updates, and expectations to clients on a defined cadence Gather and confirm client content, approvals, and assets before work begins Ensure quality review is completed before any work is released to clients Balance task allocation with team capacity and delivery workload Coordinate delivery across web services, marketing, and creative teams Escalate blockers, resource conflicts, and scope issues to the Integrator Expected Outcomes All active projects have a current status, next step, and assigned owner at all times On-time delivery rate meets or exceeds agency SLA benchmarks Client satisfaction scores on delivery are consistently above target No project goes to a client without a documented quality check Team capacity is visible and no team member is consistently over or under-utilized

Skills & Qualifications 3+ years in project management, delivery management or agency operations Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a services environment Experience managing client communication throughout a project lifecycle Familiarity with digital services including websites, marketing, and support Comfortable with technical conversations and making those details approachable to the clients Strong documentation and organizational skills Hybrid In-Person and Remote Work.
