- The Opportunity
- As a dedicated Director, Business Applications, you will manage analytical, business, and technical support functions related to strategic business functions, processes, and applications. Provide strategic direction to teams and processes supporting business analytics and decision making processes including business, technology, and process improvements.
- What you will do:
- + Direct human and technical resources supporting business processes and applications, taking into account current and future business needs and opportunities.
- What you have:
- + Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience. + 8 or more years experience working in an analytical or technology support position + 3 or more years of direct supervisory experience or leadership of projects of equivalent length and complexity.
- What sets you apart:
- + Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Distribution experience. + P&C Independent Agency experience. + P&C Brokerage experience. + Insurance CRM and Agency Management Systems experience. + Agile experience. + Salesforce experience.
- Compensation range:
- The salary range for this position is: $127,310
