ASAP / Immediate Interview Key Responsibilities Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and defect retesting activities. Prepare test strategy, test plan, scenarios, scripts, and execution tracker. Validate

processes including promotions, trade spend, allowances, claims, bill-backs, accruals, deductions, and settlement. Coordinate with business, functional, technical, integration, and reporting teams. Track defects, risks, blockers, and test execution status. Lead defect triage and ensure timely retesting and closure. Support UAT readiness, test data preparation, evidence capture, and business sign-off. Prepare daily/weekly testing status reports. Required Skills Strong ERP testing experience with prior Test Lead experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms. Understanding of Trade Promotion Management, pricing, discounts, rebates, claims, deductions, or settlement processes. Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, integration testing, and defect management. Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Rally, or similar tools. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
