full-time Global Digital Program Manager (Contract) - Remote I'm partnering with a global medical device company to hire a Global Digital Program Manager to lead a large-scale Global Website Redesign Program supporting launches across multiple countries and regions worldwide. This individual will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide digital initiatives across web development, UX, content, Agile delivery teams, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex digital transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget. Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives
- Medical device industry experience required
- Strong Agile program management experience, including Agile transformation initiatives
- Experience managing global digital transformation, website, or customer experience programs
- Proven ability to develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependency tracking, and executive-level reporting
- Experience coordinating Agile teams, ARTs, PI Planning activities, and release-based delivery programs
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and change management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, UX, and Operations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence priorities, timelines, and outcomes across multiple business functions
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Project Management certification preferred Preferred Experience
- Global website redesign, digital platform modernization, or enterprise web transformation programs
- Experience launching digital products, platforms, software, or cloud-connected solutions
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Point, Salesforce, SAP, Drupal, Polarion, Clarity, or related enterprise platforms
