Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated IBM Maximo Technical Delivery Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a IBM Maximo Technical Delivery Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Support team, supporting complex manufacturing systems separation and cutover initiatives across multiple global sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
75-90/hour What's the Job? Lead and coordinate IBM Maximo system cutover and deployment activities across multiple manufacturing sites. Support clone-and-cleanse efforts, ensuring data integrity and migration sequencing accuracy. Manage asset hierarchy migration, maintenance data cleansing, and validation activities. Coordinate Maximo integrations with manufacturing systems and ERP environments to ensure seamless operations. Drive readiness, issue resolution, and stabilization activities during migration events, partnering closely with site operations and technical teams. What's Needed? 8+ years of experience supporting IBM Maximo or EAM platform delivery in manufacturing environments. Proven expertise in manufacturing system migrations, cutovers, and data cleansing processes. Strong technical delivery coordination skills and experience with phased deployment strategies. Understanding of manufacturing operations and asset management principles. Experience supporting multi-site deployments, preferably within regulated manufacturing environments. What's in it for me?
