IT Project Manager Hybrid Opportunity | Multiple Office Locations We're partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across application development, systems integration, and enterprise delivery projects. This individual will play a key role driving projects from planning through execution while partnering closely with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end to end project management activities across mid sized to large IT initiatives
• Manage project execution across all phases including planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with business and technical teams to define scope, priorities, and success criteria
• Coordinate cross functional resources and manage project dependencies across teams
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure projects align with governance, compliance, and internal delivery standards
• Support initiatives involving enterprise applications, integrations, and emerging technologies including AI driven solutions What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience managing application development and systems integration projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project governance frameworks
• Proven experience leading projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Planview, Point, or similar PM platforms
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project deliverables
• Strong communication skills across both technical and non technical stakeholder groups
• Experience within insurance or financial services environments is a plus Additional Details
