Job Description
Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on Epic to support a healthcare organization focused on enterprise clinical systems and long-term Epic initiatives. This position is hybrid in the Greater Philadelphia area. The PM will lead and manage multiple Epic-related projects, driving clinical documentation strategy and execution across diverse stakeholder groups. This is a high-impact, growth-driven role where you will shape how clinicians interact with critical health IT systems over the next several years. Responsibilities for the Project Manager include: Lead and manage multiple concurrent Epic projects, with a focus on clinical documentation, procedure documentation, and related workflows Partner with clinical stakeholders, providers, revenue cycle teams, and analysts to define scope, requirements, and delivery plans Oversee project lifecycle from inception through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, SlicerDicer resources, and clinical staff to drive implementation success Quickly onboard into a growing program, providing senior-level leadership and direction across evolving project scopes Required Qualifications for the Project Manager include: 5+ years of experience in project/program management within healthcare IT or Epic environments Strong experience with Epic, particularly across clinical documentation and/or procedural documentation modules Proven ability to work with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams in a collaborative environment Bachelor's degree required PMP certification preferred Compensation for the Project Manager include:
Hourly Pay Range:
$65-75/hr depending on experienceFull Benefits Package:
