Senior (10+ Years) Role Overview We re hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise IT initiatives across critical business platforms. This is a high-impact role where you ll drive end-to-end delivery , manage multiple complex programs, and partner closely with business and IT leadership to ensure successful execution aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, and HCM Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project (including dependencies and critical path analysis) Coordinate across cross-functional teams (applications, infrastructure, security, data, QA) Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and milestone tracking Drive project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment Utilize ServiceNow for project intake, tracking, reporting, and operational handoff Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards Incorporate AI-enabled tools (automated reporting, predictive risk analysis, workflow optimization) into delivery practices Lead change management, adoption, and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement Must-Have Skills PMP Certification (mandatory) 7+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models Strong experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, integrations, reporting, platform enhancements) Oracle

ERP, WMS, OTM, HCM
