Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the integration of a new brand acquisition within the Products Division. This is a long-term contract position based in Troy, Michigan, offering a hybrid work environment with three days in the office each week. The role requires a skilled individual who can manage global projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to scope and budget requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and scopes, using ServiceNOW or equivalent tools.
Coordinate across global and local teams to ensure seamless integration of the brand acquisition into various business and IT functions.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders from operations, supply chain, finance, IT, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and eCommerce.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership summarizing project progress, challenges, and strategic solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with governance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and business challenges effectively.
Document all project phases meticulously to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Monitor progress and prioritize tasks to meet overarching project objectives within established timelines.
Support stakeholders in aligning strategies and approvals between global and local leadership checkpoints.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, for efficient communication and project documentation. Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with global project exposure.
Proficiency in using ServiceNOW for timeline management, demand creation, and ticketing.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting project phases.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify risks and implement solutions promptly.
Experience in managing eCommerce, retail systems, and omnichannel workstreams.
