Exciting Role:
BI&A is seeking a Mid-Level IT Project Manager to be responsible for leading and delivering technical projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, company standards, and project objectives. Serves as the single point of contact for project stakeholders while managing technical direction, resources, and deliverables.
Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
8 Years of experience in Project Manager roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master's Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects on time and within budget Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Proficiency with project management tools and software Understanding of technical architecture, system integration concepts, and software development lifecycle Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Background in software development, systems implementation, or technical infrastructure projects Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Contract management and vendor coordination experience

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. $134,000 - $163,000
