Job Summary:
Our entertainment and media technology client is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to run the highest-priority, most complex programs within their Identity organization on a nine-month contract, hybrid out of Glendale or Santa Monica, CA or New York, NY. This role centers on owning the planning and execution of top-priority identity and authentication programs end to end while also helping leadership triage and prioritize across the broader portfolio. The right candidate brings expert-level program management experience, can ramp quickly on a technical engineering domain, and operates with real autonomy across multiple programs at once. Strong written and verbal communication, especially with senior leadership, matters just as much as delivery skill here. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Own the planning and execution of the highest-complexity, highest-priority programs within the Identity organization and across other groups Coordinate schedules and deliverables closely with other technical program managers and technical leads Communicate status, risks, and progress to a mix of business and technical audiences, adjusting the message to the room Facilitate meetings and presentations with senior leadership Triage other programs across the org and form recommendations to help leadership prioritize Serve as a subject matter expert in program management, setting the standard for how complex programs get run Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Expert-level program management experience running high-complexity, cross-functional programs Proven ability to facilitate communication across disparate technical and business teams Strong planning, delivery, and problem-solving track record Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills, especially with senior leadership Ability to ramp quickly and independently on a new technical engineering domain Comfortable running multiple concurrent programs with minimal oversight Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) User access and authentication domain knowledge (IAM, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, identity platforms) Media, streaming, or OTT technology environment experience Formal project management certification (PMP or similar) Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership on program strategy and prioritization Background working across multiple teams without direct authority Prior experience in a large-scale consumer technology environment Key Competencies and Behaviors Highly proactive and detail-oriented, takes initiative without waiting for direction Ramps quickly on unfamiliar technical domains without needing heavy oversight Stays organized across multiple programs and keeps stakeholders informed on progress and risks Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift Owns their programs end to end and follows through without being managed closely Communicates with clarity and confidence, especially in front of leadership

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $79.00 and $87.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
