fulltime/contract Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead governance and execution of infrastructure and vulnerability management programs. This role focuses on program oversight, executive reporting, risk tracking, and cross-team coordination across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Lead program governance for infrastructure and technology initiatives Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables Drive RAID management (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations Coordinate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and vendor teams Track vulnerability remediation, patching, and risk reduction efforts Support audit, compliance, and control reporting activities Ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in Program Management / PMO / Governance roles Strong experience with: Program planning & execution RAID management Executive reporting & dashboards Stakeholder management Governance forums / steering committees Experience in Infrastructure / IT / Technology programs Knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, or Risk Governance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage cross-functional teams Nice to Have Experience in Cybersecurity / Cloud / Infrastructure environments Exposure to financial services or regulated industries
