As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership. Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities Document project scope and requirements. Track project timelines, budget expenses, and milestones against established project plan. Identify, manage, and communicate changes to project definitions. Notify management of projects off track or in jeopardy of failure. Use communication tools such as project scorecards, status reports, email, and live updates to communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion. Work with department managers to create formal project plans. Define project objectives, document required resources, and project timelines with milestones. Identify and communicate project dependencies and critical path elements in order to minimize risks. Conduct project postmortems in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Use findings to create recommendations in order to improve department delivery record. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field, along with at least 2 years of experience is required. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Project Management Certification preferred. Good written and oral communication skills. Effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams toward project completion.
Hybrid Remote Ohio:
 Crown offers mostly remote work for this position. A reasonable driving commute is necessary since some onsite work is required.
