RESPONSIBILITIES
Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You'll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help them manage multiple deliverables and stay on track. When expertise in project management is required, you will be there to assign responsibilities and set goals to maintain project momentum and achieve your team's desired outcomes. Collaborating with assigned teams to understand product definitions and feature scope, develop project timelines, and communicate commitments and project-related decisions. Facilitating scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and help with release management activities. Summarizing project information into easy to understand communications that keep everyone in the loop and on track. Driving process improvements and adopting best practices to improve team performance.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
(Most Important): Bachelor's degree 10 or more years of project management experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Leader and/or Project/Program Manager in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Experience in Software Engineering.
