About the role As a Senior Salesforce Digital Transformation head you will make an impact by leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in Cognizant. Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements. Coordinate delivery across internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners. Establish and manage project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and change control. Prepare and present clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders and Steering Committees. Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and agreed success criteria. Track financials, effort, and utilization; support budget management and forecasting. Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans to resolution. Support adoption of modern delivery practices, including AI-enabled tools for reporting, insights, and productivity improvement. Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs for large or complex organizations. Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-platform technology environments. Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, data, and related enterprise systems. Experience working with Agile, Hybrid, or traditional delivery models. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
