Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience + Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in project management, including experience managing large engineering projects + Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle + Experience developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations + Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, issue management, and change control processes + Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planisware, or similar platforms + Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skillsPreferred:
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification + Scrum Master certification + Experience working in technology, software development, or digital engineering environments + Experience participating in PMO initiatives, process improvement efforts, and project governance programs- Physical Demands
