IDR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager. The role is a remote contract position supporting a healthcare client, based in Eagan, Minnesota. The primary responsibilities include leading and coordinating enterprise initiatives focused on Clinical Digital Imaging, partnering with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive project execution, and managing projects related to digital imaging workflows, image storage, retrieval, and data exchange. The role combines hands-on project management with collaboration across multiple teams within the healthcare IT environment, leveraging technologies like DICOM, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards. Senior IT Project Manager:
Lead and coordinate enterprise initiatives focused on Clinical Digital Imaging. Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive project execution and achieve strategic objectives. Manage projects related to improving digital imaging workflows, image storage, retrieval, and data exchange. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Provide strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement in healthcare IT projects involving clinical imaging technologies. Requirements for the
Senior IT Project Manager:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience managing projects involving multiple technological environments and business areas, demonstrating increasing scope and responsibilities, with competency in PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas. PMP certification required. 7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives. Healthcare IT experience, preferably within large healthcare systems or academic medical centers. Strong experience with clinical imaging, healthcare interoperability, and related technologies, including DICOM standards, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange. What's in it for you? Compensation Range:
