About the role:
As a Senior Manager, SAP FICO you will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will ensure the integrity of financial systems, guide process improvements, and partner to create high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will manage

analysts and consultants. You will report to the Director, Financial Systems and Data and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Close Support:
Configure and ensure SAP and related financial systems function for each monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
Financial Hierarchy Management:
Maintaining the global financial hierarchy, including profit centers, cost centers, and reporting structures.
SAP Finance Modules Oversight:
Managing configuration and integrity across all Finance-related SAP modules.
Organizational & Structural Changes:
Implementing all cost center, profit center, and reorg updates, including downstream system impacts.
Financial Configuration & Controls:
Overseeing financial master data, system validations, and financial configuration needed for accurate reporting and compliance.
Financial System Support:
Serving as the connective tissue between Finance, IT, Accounting, HR, and teams for system-dependent financial processes.
WEC Growth & Scalability Needs:
More acquisitions, expanded teams, and a larger operational footprint will require increased system complexity and support capacity.
SAP S/4HANA
Readiness:
Preparing for the future SAP landscape, including redesigning processes, data structures, and controls.
Enterprise Transformation Programs:
Supporting modernization, automation, and enhanced analytics-each of which relies on accurate and stable financial systems.
Manage
SAP FICO
analysts and consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science preferred.
8+ years of
SAP FICO
experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.
We prefer experience with both SAP ECC 6.0 and
SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with Concur, Ariba, SAP BPC Consolidations and Planning modules, and SAP Business Warehouse a plus.
Knowledge of financial processes, and associated improvement programs, financial regulations and compliance. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
