Job Description Clarity seeks intelligent, dedicated, and passionate top-notch Program Manager to join our high-performing team. We provide a work atmosphere that fosters professional and individual growth while working toward common goals. As a Project Manager you will lead multi-functional teams providing solutions to challenging problems in the cyber operations mission domain across a broad set of Federal Government customers. This position will allow hybrid work. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Columbia MD or Herndon VA. Candidates should expect to be onsite for customer meetings once per week in Columbia MD and in person for work 1-2 additional times per week. Responsibilities Serve as the Project Manager for midsize team developing a Kubernetes base solution for challenging problems in cyberspace Build cohesion, continuity, and resiliency in order to ensure a healthy team Build strong and trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders Ensure stakeholder feedback, concerns, and issues are regularly captured and addressed Manage execution to achieve project cost, technical, and schedule commitments Ensure objectives and scope are commonly understood and well documented Ensure requirements are clear, decomposed, and verifiable Keep schedules accurate and with well-defined deliverables Work aggressively to ensure projects have required resources to meet all commitments and team needs, e.g. staffing, supplies, licenses, hardware, etc.
