Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO lead for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with expertise delivering complex enterprise technology programs, business transformations, and multi-workstream initiatives while driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.
Rate Range:
$50/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO lead Job Responsibilities include: Lead and manage complex enterprise technology programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Establish program governance, project management standards, and PMO processes to drive accountability, transparency, and successful project execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve project challenges. Monitor program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Develop and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making. Drive Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies while supporting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of IT experience, including 1+ year of Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives. Strong experience managing complex enterprise programs, PMO governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, and cross-functional project delivery. Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies, Jira, Integrated Business Planning, and technology implementation programs supporting business transformation initiatives. Pay Details:
