Dearborn, MI Pay Rate:
$57 - $59/hr
Hybrid Schedule:
4 Days On-Site We are seeking a Software Product Management Senior Associate to support a fast-paced Data Platform & Engineering organization. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project or program management experience who thrives in an agile environment and enjoys driving process consistency, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Champion and standardize program management practices across multiple product teams to improve alignment, efficiency, and transparency. Collaborate closely with program managers and product line teams to implement operating models and reporting standards. Ensure adherence to program management processes and maintain accurate documentation for auditability and future reference. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Data Platform & Engineering landscape to proactively identify dependencies, gaps, risks, and blockers. Facilitate iteration planning and quarterly planning activities using Jira. Maintain accurate team commitments and project status updates within Jira, ensuring a reliable source of truth. Review and validate Epic definitions, sizing, estimates, and ongoing refinements to support predictable delivery outcomes. Track scope changes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with program guidelines. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with finance stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or related role. Strong Project Management experience. Experience working with Agile methodologies and Jira. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Program Management experience. Previous software development experience. Experience supporting data, platform, engineering, or technology organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #LI-JD1 #INDOEM
