The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $95.00•$115.00 per hour DOE, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level Staff Solutions Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of a large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Operations Technology initiative. This role will drive program delivery across cross-functional teams and external partners, including system integrators, to support a global implementation. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong program ownership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving progress and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program management for MES and operations technology initiatives, ensuring delivery against key milestones Build and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and RAIDE logs across multiple workstreams Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, IT, and external partners Partner with Finance to align budgets, track POs, and manage program cash flow Coordinate and lead workshops with system integrators and internal stakeholders Maintain program dashboards and communication tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams) Lead program governance, including core team and steering committee meetings Identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed Support Agile planning processes and ensure alignment with overall program timelines Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation processes, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical environments Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations, ideally including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Strong background working across Agile or SAFe environments Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Experience with SDLC, infrastructure programs, and system integration efforts Familiarity with computer systems validation and QMS compliance Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools Experience with Jira, Confluence, SAP, or similar enterprise systems is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree required
