Job Description
Overview Our direct client a large enterprise organization is seeking an HR Technology Project Manager to deliver impactful reporting solutions, dashboards, and data products that support business decision-making. The role focuses on automating recurring reporting tasks and building self-service solutions that reduce ad hoc data requests - bridging HR line-of-business stakeholders and a centralized HR Technology Center of Excellence. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between HR business customers and the HR Technology Center of Excellence, translating complex business challenges into technology solutions Design, build, test, and optimize HR data products, dashboards, and reporting solutions with a focus on automation and self-service enablement Leverage advanced analytics platform features - including AI-assisted reporting and analytics agents - to enhance HR data capabilities Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications for application development, configuration, and reporting Conduct workflow analyses, evaluate system changes, and lead dashboard and reporting design with an emphasis on a simple, intuitive user experience Execute testing and QA activities to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of all reporting and analytics deliverables Follow SDLC, change control, SOX, and audit procedures to maintain compliance and governance standards Experience & qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience with enterprise-wide HR systems Experience managing multiple, multi-stage technical projects and programs end-to-end Strong background in dashboard and reporting design, business requirements development, and workflow analysis Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Experience with testing and QA of reporting and analytics solutions Preferred Experience with Oracle HCM and FAIDP (formerly FDI/FAW) Familiarity with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems Experience with Monday.com or similar work management platforms Engagement details Employment type: Full-time, permanent
