Job Description

Technical Program Manager EU Los Altos, CA
Category:
Customer Onboarding
Type:
Full-time Min.
Experience:
Senior Level
Salary:
$100,000 - $135,000 Technical Program Manager (Europe-Focused) Turn complex implementations into successful customer outcomes Early hours. Big impact. Frequent trips to Europe. If you've ever wished your workday ended after lunch, and came with regular trips to Europe…this role might feel a little different, in a good way! We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who lives on the East Coast, is fluent in Italian, and thrives in a global environment and enjoys operating at the intersection of customer success, engineering, product, and delivery. This role is built around close collaboration with our European partners, which means your schedule and travel aren't just requirements…they're part of the lifestyle. This isn't a role where you simply track timelines or coordinate meetings. You're the person who turns complexity into a clear, executable plan and delivers it. You'll own the successful implementation of Bidgely's platform for utilities across Europe and the Middle East, guiding customers from onboarding through launch while working directly with engineering teams on integrations, architecture, and delivery. If you enjoy turning complex technical deployments into real-world outcomes for customers, this role will feel energizing. What Makes This Role Unique Travel to Europe (up to 50%) Not "occasional travel" - you'll regularly spend time working face-to-face with clients across Europe. Think meaningful trips, not fly-in fly-out chaos. Early start, early finish (5 AM-1 PM) Get your afternoons back, whether that's for family, workouts, side projects, or just having a life. Why This Role Exists Utilities around the world are rapidly modernizing their infrastructure as EV adoption, distributed solar, batteries, and smart devices reshape the grid. Bidgely helps utilities navigate that transformation through AI-powered energy insights and customer engagement platforms. As demand for our platform grows internationally, we need experienced Technical Program Managers who can confidently guide utilities through complex implementations, aligning stakeholders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring customers see real value from the platform. Your mission over the next 6-12 months is simple: Deliver successful customer implementations that turn powerful technology into measurable outcomes for utilities. How You'll Make an Impact You'll own the delivery and technical implementation of Bidgely's platform for enterprise utility customers. In practice, that means you will: Lead customer implementations end-to-end Own enterprise deployments from onboarding through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable customer value. Translate customer needs into technical solutions Work directly with customer engineering teams to design integrations, define data flows, and implement scalable solutions using Bidgely's platform. Drive alignment across teams Coordinate closely with product, engineering, delivery, and sales teams to move projects forward and resolve challenges quickly. Turn complexity into clarity for customers Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, helping customers understand the platform and confidently move through deployment. Identify opportunities beyond launch Ensure customers achieve their goals post-deployment and help uncover opportunities for deeper platform adoption. What Success Looks Like At 3 months You're confidently managing customer implementations, running project meetings, and collaborating with engineering teams on integration planning. You understand Bidgely's platform architecture and can clearly translate customer requirements into implementation plans. At 12 months You've successfully delivered multiple enterprise deployments across Europe. Customers view you as a trusted advisor who can navigate technical complexity and keep projects moving. Your work directly contributes to successful launches, satisfied customers, and expansion opportunities. What Makes Someone Successful Here Ownership. The strongest TPMs here don't just manage timelines. They own outcomes. They ask questions early, surface risks quickly, and collaborate across teams to keep complex implementations moving forward.
