Key ResponsibilitiesLead one or more complex enterprise technology programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects.
Develop and maintain program strategies, project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
Coordinate software release activities and support deployment planning across multiple teams.
Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery.
Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to scope, schedule, resources, and priorities as needed.
Facilitate sprint planning and cross-functional planning activities.
Provide executive-level status reporting, leadership updates, and program communications.
Support complex technical initiatives involving APIs, system integrations, software troubleshooting, and platform dependencies.
Collaborate with internal and external partner teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Drive accountability, encourage solution-focused discussions, and help teams achieve measurable outcomes.
