We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager - SAP PaPM Cloud Development to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex financial modeling solutions. This role is critical in driving high-performance cost and revenue allocations within the Life Sciences domain, ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will act as a technical subject matter expert, bridging the gap between sophisticated financial requirements and robust cloud-native SAP architecture. Core Competencies The successful candidate must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in the following mandatory technical areas:

SAP PaPM Cloud:

Extensive hands-on experience in technical environment setup, function configuration, and model building.

SAP HANA

Deep understanding of HANA tables, views, and SQL-based data processing.

Data Modeling:

Expert proficiency in allocation modeling, including cost, revenue, and statistical allocation cycles.

Cloud Data Integration:

Mastery of SAP Datasphere , SDI, SLT, and file-based interfaces for seamless data extraction.

Release Management:

Advanced knowledge of PaPM transport management across DEV, QA, and PROD landscapes.

Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Modeling Architecture & Design:

Build and maintain SAP PaPM Cloud environments, encompassing models, versions, and end-to-end processes.

Allocation Logic:

Design and implement multi-step allocation logic using PaPM functions to process high-volume financial data.

Performance Optimization:

Execute performance tuning for PaPM models to ensure optimal runtime efficiency and data reconciliation with source systems.

Troubleshooting:

Debug and resolve complex calculation issues and execution errors within the PaPM environment.

Integrations & Data Flow Interface Management:

Design and support interfaces between source systems and SAP HANA, utilizing SAP Datasphere and SDI.

Data Validation:

Ensure reliable data loads and perform end-to-end reconciliation across disparate data platforms.

Security & Release Governance Access Control:

Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within the PaPM Cloud, ensuring appropriate data visibility and administrative privileges.

Transport Management:

Lead the coordination of transport requests and post-transport validation to maintain system integrity across all environments.

Technical Depth & Standards Financial Compliance:

Adherence to industry-standard financial reporting and reconciliation protocols.

Life Sciences Standards:

Experience operating within the regulatory frameworks typical of the Life Sciences/Healthcare industry.

Agile Methodology:

Experience working within structured project timelines using collaborative delivery models.

Professional Requirements Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of total SAP experience, with at least 6 years specifically focused on SAP Profitability Analysis and

SAP HANA.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges effectively.

Communication:
