Contract Duration:
6+ Months Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of Business Analyst or Project Coordination experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Proven ability to work independently Microsoft Office Products. (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Office Products) Financial Services experience - Merchant Services or Payment Networks is a huge plus Candidate needs to be a self-starter that is detailed oriented. Ability to track tasks from intake to completion to ensure work is being managed timely. What You Will Be Doing Will be responsible for monitoring requests that come into a shared mailbox to meet SLA's. Log requests for team, manage outstanding requests and update log as progress is made. Must have excellent written communication skills - will not be communicating with internal and external customers. Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.
