Job Description

Stand8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. The Technical Project Manager will lead and coordinate a portfolio of enterprise cloud, infrastructure modernization, identity, and endpoint initiatives .This role will manage cross-functional dependencies across architecture, security, endpoint computing, and business applications while monitoring resources, schedules, and risks. The position will establish agile delivery practices, coordinate vendors, support organizational change, and ensure operational readiness. This role will strengthen execution across multiple concurrent technology projects and improve delivery visibility for leadership.

Hybrid Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic cloud and infrastructure modernization projects. Track dependencies across architecture, security, identity, endpoint computing, and business applications. Monitor resource utilization and identify scheduling conflicts. Escalate project risks and resource constraints to leadership. Coordinate cross-functional work across technical and business teams. Establish and facilitate agile and scrum delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work with technical leads, product owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to develop and maintain prioritized product and project backlogs. Manage dependencies between agile teams, vendors, operational teams, and projects following project delivery methodologies. Ensure technical debt, operational readiness, documentation, security requirements, and support-transition activities are incorporated into project and sprint planning. Coordinate vendors, including consulting partners, professional services, software vendors, and system integrators. Develop Statements of Work (SOWs). Monitor budgets and deliverables. Manage schedules and escalations. Assess organizational impacts. Develop implementation plans and track organizational readiness. Coordinate communications. Support user adoption.
Qualifications Required:
10+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or cloud transformation projects Proven ability to operate at both the project delivery and program oversight levels, managing multiple concurrent projects and dependencies. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to operate with minimal direction and drive resolution when gaps arise Technical fluency across infrastructure, security, networking, hardware, software, and enterprise architecture domains Skilled in cross-functional communication, including the ability to influence without direct authority and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience working across multiple IT functions, navigating cross-team dependencies, and balancing competing priorities Experience working with both internal technical teams and external vendor Preferred (Optional): Benefits Medical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through Anthem Dental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid-time-off options Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $75.00 - $85.00/ per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
