We work across the full lifecycle, architecture and product definition, UX, development, integration, and long-term support, delivering scalable platforms and applications for B2B and B2C companies, alongside staff augmentation for teams that need experienced people quickly. Headquartered in El Segundo, California, we work as a distributed team across more than five states and four countries. Our developers specialize in Microsoft technologies and complex third-party integrations, and our client relationships tend to be measured in years rather than projects. The role We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to work alongside a Senior Project Manager on client delivery. You'll own the operating detail of multiple projects: turning what a client asks for into something developers can build, keeping timelines and documentation current, and making sure the commitments we make are the commitments we meet. While Thinklogic's work spans a variety of industries and brings new challenges with every project, this particular role will be focused on one of our key client accounts, supporting and developing the systems we maintain for them What you'll do Translate client requests into clear, complete requirements developers can build from Maintain scope, schedule, budgets, and task management within Asana Track milestones and follow up on outstanding tasks before they become problems Prepare and distribute project updates to clients and internal teams Identify risks and escalate concerns early Document scope adjustments and change order requests Support accurate time tracking and invoicing preparation Coordinate task priorities within approved project plans, and recommend timeline or scope adjustments for review You'll coordinate task priorities within approved project plans and can recommend adjustments to timeline or scope for review. You will work with the Senior Project Manager on contracts and client strategies with their guidance and oversight throughout; but not anyone checking your work hour by hour. Required qualifications 2-4 years in project coordination, project management, or a closely related role in a software environment Ability to thrive in an environment with frequent communication and shifting priorities Steady and focused, even when a deadline is fixed and the plan has to change around it Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Working knowledge of the project lifecycle and software development environments; you don't need to write code, but you do need to follow a technical conversation and know what to ask Strong written and verbal communication. You'll produce written requirements for developers and client-facing updates in the same day, and both need to land Demonstrated organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects Sound analytical judgment — weighing more than one option before recommending, and knowing what to decide versus escalate Proficiency, or the ability to become quickly proficient, with project tracking tools and the Microsoft suite Able to work core hours overlapping US Pacific business time Preferred qualifications Experience in a client-facing technology consultancy or agency Agile or other structured project management frameworks CAPM, PMP or comparable certification, complete or in progress Exposure to .NET, Azure or SQL environments Master's degree in a related field Compensation and benefits Base salary range: $50,000
•$120,000 per year. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Where an offer lands within it depends on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity and business needs.
