Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and integrations using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and other methodologies. Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria; translate business needs into technical specifications. Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and budget adherence to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication among technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure clarity on project status and expectations. Help monitor IT infrastructure components such as databases, websites, and recovery plans to support project implementation. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects within an IT environment Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite. Solid understanding of requirements gathering techniques, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams; strong organizational skills for effective project scheduling and time management. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex data sets using SQL or similar tools for decision-making purposes. Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution to facilitate project success.
