Job Description

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives focused on customer success platforms and contact center solutions. This role will drive end-to-end implementation, evaluation, and integration of enterprise technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects. This position plays a key role in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through strategic technology execution.

Hybrid Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-visibility technology projects impacting customer experience and operations Lead end-to-end implementation of contact center and customer success platforms Conduct product evaluations, technical reviews, and vendor assessments Develop evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies for technology selection Perform security, compliance, and integration capability assessments Manage full lifecycle project delivery from selection through deployment Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure optimal solution alignment Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, evaluations, and implementation strategies Identify risks, report issues, and drive resolution strategies Work closely with customer success and delivery teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 10+ years' of technical project management experience Extensive experience with customer relationship management tools, including: Salesforce Contact Center solutions (Zoom, Genesys, Five9, Zendesk) Customer success platforms (Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero) Proven track record of managing enterprise-level technology integrations Strong data security protocol knowledge Cloud-based integration experience Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Customer success platform expertise Data integration and migration Risk assessment and mitigation Security compliance understanding Preferred (Optional): Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong experience evaluating and selecting enterprise SaaS platforms Background working as an independent contributor in lean teams Benefits Medical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through Anthem Dental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid-time-off options Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $75 - $85 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
