Contract to hire Must-Have Skills 8+ years of experience in IT/Technical Project Management or Delivery Leadership Strong Enterprise Applications / Oracle ERP project experience Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integrations (inbound/outbound) Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle EBS Strong WBS, project planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID, risk & resource management Experience taking over in-flight projects , identifying gaps, and driving them to completion Strong stakeholder management, escalation, and executive reporting skills Ability to manage technical teams and business stakeholders and drive accountability
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on Technical PM / Delivery Lead who can bring structure to active Oracle ERP projects, manage risks/dependencies, and drive predictable delivery.
