PM PST Job Description:
Role Purpose:
Interpret business requirements and translate them into Decisioning solutions Intake requirements from business units and convert into decisioning logic for customer offers Test changes to decisioning logic/strategy Interface with development teams regarding requirements and defect fixes Act as the business stakeholder when working with IT Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements for Pega decisioning platform and governance Maintain process flow documentation for decisioning logic changes (SharePoint, Asana) Consolidate and present information to senior management clearly and concisely Communicate business requirements to Technology teams and assess technical delivery alignment Execute testing of decisioning system changes (UAT) Other Responsibilities Translate Marketing offer strategy into decisioning logic based on customer attributes and intent Develop and build decisioning logic to meet Marketing requirements Document and maintain standards for ongoing decisioning logic changes Create test cases for Marketing offer strategy iterations Execute and validate test cases (UAT and Regression), identify defects, and investigate failures Maintain and execute regression testing to ensure consistent quality Create PowerPoint documentation to explain project changes to business stakeholders Skills In-depth understanding of Pega Decisioning Strong knowledge of IT methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) Ability to write business requirements Strong oral and written communication skills Influencing skills Project/team management and facilitation skills Knowledge of business structures and stakeholder analysis Self-starter, organized, flexible/adaptable, detail-oriented, team player Required Qualifications & Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field 5+ years of Marketing Technology or relevant Technical experience Strong knowledge of Pega CDH (v23 or greater) Problem-solving and analytical skills (qualitative & quantitative) Familiarity with marketing database, digital, and orchestration technologies (Adobe, Pega, Unica) Experience with SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis languages Background in programming concepts and languages (C, Java, PHP) Experience with Retail or Call Center CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Clarify) Proficiency in reading and understanding XML transactions Experience in Agile methodology Experience creating and documenting business requirements Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, IT) Ability to analyze complex issues and design solutions Ability to manage heavy workload and adapt to change Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences Proficiency in MS Office applications Occasional travel required (up to 5%) Technical Skills (Must Have) Pega CDH Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
